If you're not completely satisfied with our subscription service within the first 14 days of receiving your submittals, we will issue a 100% refund. This refund is only applicable if no submittals have been processed or submitted on your behalf. (This guarantee applies only to our subscription service.)

💳 Payments
We accept payments through PayPal to ensure secure transactions for both parties. Payments are due in full prior to submittal processing.

📞 Subcontractor & Supplier Communication
The contractor is responsible for making the initial communication with subcontractors and suppliers. We will follow up if necessary via email, but we cannot be held responsible for their responsiveness, accuracy of information provided, or failure to meet deadlines. Clear and prompt communication from the contractor will help avoid delays.

📂 Submittal Processing
We will process and upload accurate, numbered submittals within 48 hours, with the goal of completing them within 24 hours. All submittals must include a completed coversheet to ensure accuracy and to avoid delays in processing.
We do not separate PDFs to break out CSI divisions; this method ensures precise handling. We reserve the right to reject submittals that are incomplete, unclear, or outside the agreed scope of service. We do not provide submittal services for previously started projects.

📐 Estimating Services
Our estimating services are provided strictly as an informational aid to assist with budgeting and bid preparation. All estimates are non-binding, subject to change, and based solely on the information provided by the contractor. Construction Submittals makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or competitiveness of estimates, and assumes no responsibility for bid results, contract awards, or project profitability.

🛠️ Project Management Support Services
Project management support provided by Construction Submittals is administrative and advisory in nature. We are not responsible for directing field operations, supervising crews, or ensuring code compliance. Final responsibility for project execution, safety, compliance with specifications, and acceptance by owners, architects, or engineers rests solely with the contractor.

Construction Submittals is not responsible for any delays, damages, or costs arising from project delays or inaccuracies in the submittals, estimates, or project management support. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to subcontractor or supplier delays, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances such as the death, incapacity, or other unforeseen personal events affecting the ability to provide services.
By using our services, you agree that all responsibility for final accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and acceptance by architects, engineers, or owners rests solely with the contractor.
