If you're not completely satisfied with our subscription service within the first 14 days of receiving your submittals, we will issue a 100% refund. This refund is only applicable if no submittals have been processed or submitted on your behalf. (This guarantee applies only to our subscription service.)

💳 Payments
All payments are processed securely through PayPal and QuickBooks and are due in full prior to submittal processing. This ensures smooth, transparent transactions and safety for both parties.

📞 Subcontractor & Supplier Communication
The contractor is responsible for making the initial communication with subcontractors and suppliers. We will follow up by email when needed, but cannot be held responsible for their responsiveness, accuracy, or timeliness. Prompt and clear communication from the contractor helps keep everything on track.

📂 Submittal Processing
We process, number, and upload accurate submittals within 48 hours — often within 24. All submittals must include a completed coversheet to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.
We do not separate PDFs by CSI division, as this method ensures precise handling.
We reserve the right to reject submittals that are incomplete, unclear, or outside the agreed scope of service.
We do not provide submittal services for previously started projects. We do not Draft Shop Drawings, Closeout Submittals and Delegated Design Submittals (PE Sealed) are not part of the submittal service.

📐 Estimating Services
Our estimating services are provided strictly as an informational aid to assist with budgeting and bid preparation. All estimates are non-binding, subject to change, and based solely on the information provided by the contractor.
Construction Submittals makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or competitiveness of estimates, and assumes no responsibility for bid results, contract awards, or project profitability.

🛠️ Project Management Support Services
Project management support provided by Construction Submittals is administrative and advisory only. We are not responsible for directing field operations, supervising crews, or ensuring code compliance.
Final responsibility for project execution, safety, specification compliance, and acceptance by owners, architects, or engineers rests solely with the contractor.

Construction Submittals provides administrative assistance services only. We do not offer legal, architectural, or engineering advice, and our services should not be relied upon as such.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or costs arising from project delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in submittals, estimates, or project management support.
Construction Submittals is not liable for Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to subcontractor or supplier delays, weather, force majeure events, or unforeseen personal circumstances affecting our ability to perform services.
By using our services, you agree that the contractor retains final responsibility for accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and acceptance by all project stakeholders.
