If you're not completely satisfied with our subscription service within the first 14 days of receiving your submittals, we will issue a 100% refund. This refund is only applicable if no submittals have been processed or submitted on your behalf.

💳 Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayPal and QuickBooks and are due in full prior to submittal processing or service initiation. This ensures smooth, transparent transactions and protection for both parties.

📞 Subcontractor & Supplier Communication

The contractor is responsible for initiating communication with subcontractors and suppliers. We will follow up by email when needed, but cannot be held responsible for their responsiveness, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Prompt and clear communication from the contractor is required to keep the process on track.

📂 Submittal Processing

We process, number, and upload submittals within 48 hours — often within 24 — based on the information and documents provided.

• All submittals must include a completed coversheet to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.

• We do not separate PDFs by CSI division, as this method ensures consistent and accurate handling.

• We reserve the right to reject submittals that are incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or outside the agreed scope of service.

• We do not provide submittal services for previously started projects.

• We do not draft shop drawings. Closeout submittals and delegated design submittals (PE sealed) are not included in this service.

Contractor is responsible for reviewing all submittals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

📐 Estimating Services

Our estimating services are provided strictly as an informational aid to assist with budgeting and bid preparation.

• All estimates are non-binding and subject to change.

• Estimates are based solely on the information provided by the contractor.

• We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or competitiveness.

Construction Submittals assumes no responsibility for bid results, contract awards, or project profitability.

📅 Construction Schedule (Primavera P6)

We offer construction schedule development and updates using Primavera P6 based on information provided by the Contractor.

• Schedules are developed using durations, sequencing, and progress updates provided by the Contractor or project team.

• We do not verify field conditions, actual progress, or site performance.

• Progress updates performed remotely may not reflect actual jobsite conditions and may result in discrepancies.

Important:

• Contractor is responsible for reviewing and approving the schedule prior to submission.

• Approval of the schedule is at the discretion of the Owner/Architect and is outside of our control.

• We do not guarantee schedule acceptance, approval, or compliance with all specification requirements.

• Schedules are intended for planning and coordination purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of project performance or status.

Construction Submittals is not responsible for delays, withheld payments, rejected schedules, or any impacts resulting from the use, acceptance, or interpretation of the schedule.

🛠️ Project Management Support Services

Project management support provided by Construction Submittals is administrative and advisory only.

• We do not direct field operations or supervise labor.

• We do not ensure code compliance or enforce safety standards.

Final responsibility for project execution, safety, schedule performance, specification compliance, and acceptance by owners, architects, or engineers rests solely with the contractor.

• We do not provide legal, architectural, or engineering services or advice.

• Our services should not be relied upon as such.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, losses, or costs arising from:

• Project delays

• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by others

• Submittals, schedules, estimates, or coordination efforts

• Actions or inactions of subcontractors, suppliers, or third parties

We are not liable for delays or impacts caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to subcontractor or supplier delays, material shortages, weather, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that the contractor retains full responsibility for:

• Accuracy of all project information

• Compliance with project specifications and contract documents

• Final review and approval of all deliverables

• Acceptance by all project stakeholders
